All listings are created by third-party sellers who are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of their listings.

4. User Responsibilities / ความรับผิดชอบของผู้ใช้

4.1 For Sellers / สำหรับผู้ขาย

Sellers using USEDNETA.com agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about the vehicles they list
• Disclose all relevant information about the vehicle's condition, history, and legal status
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers in a timely and honest manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle sales
• Be solely responsible for all aspects of the transaction with buyers
• Not list vehicles that they do not have the legal right to sell

Buyers using USEDNETA.com agree to:

• Conduct their own due diligence on any vehicle they are interested in
• Inspect vehicles in person before completing a purchase
• Verify all vehicle documentation and legal status
• Be responsible for ensuring that any transaction complies with applicable laws
• Communicate honestly with sellers
• Accept that USEDNETA.com is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction
